Home Centered Care is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal dedicated to advancing research at the intersection of home-based healthcare delivery and technology. The journal publishes original research, systematic reviews, clinical practice guidelines, technology assessments, and health policy analyses covering:
Home health nursing, therapy, and physician services
Telehealth, remote patient monitoring, and digital health
Smart-home assistive technologies and wearable biosensors
Caregiver support, training, and burden reduction
Hospice, palliative, and end-of-life care in the home
Medicare/Medicaid policy and home health economics
Aging in place and community-based long-term care

Home Centered Care is fully open access. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright of their work. There are no subscription fees for readers.
Peer Review
All submitted manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review by a minimum of two independent expert reviewers. Editorial decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief. Average time from submission to first decision: 6–8 weeks.
Language Policy
The primary language of publication is English; all manuscripts must include an English abstract. For authors from non-English-speaking countries, Home Centered Care provides translated summaries of the Methods and Findings sections in the author's native language to support global dissemination and health literacy. Translation assistance is available upon request at no additional charge.
